After being a client since 2020 I missed an appointment due to a trip to the ER when I called Tammy kept saying "why no call and I tried to explain over her talking over me and being very not understanding. Finally she agreed to see me but after thinking about it over night she can get her $100 from someone else.Donna C
I only ever get pedicures and have been coming to 411 nails for about 3 years. Never had a problem. Salon is clean, owners are friendly. I can only recommend this place.

i made an appointment this morning for 5:30pm (they close at 7:30). I requested to get a gel pedicure and an acrylic manicure. When I got there, (I was 10 min early) I said "I know I'm early but I am here for an appointment" and told them my name. The man looked at me like he was very angry and I had to explain to him what I was there for 4 different times. He said " I have two appointments one for a manicure and one for a pedicure, which one are you?!" And I repeated myself for a 5th time saying that I wanted both. I'm assuming that the appointment note the woman made may not have included a manicure or something. He then started speaking to the lady working on someone else and with an angry look on his face said "pick a color" and he walked away. Everyone in there was staring and it was awkward because you could sense that he was angry (I'm not sure why) and there was tension. It seemed the woman was trying to calm him down. I'm not sure. But I left because I just felt uncomfortable and like I far from welcome. I was about to spend over $100 and just felt like I shouldn't feel this way. So I left and went to nails and wax like 2 min down the road and they were AMAZING. I walked in and the man smiled and asked how he could help me and they my nails look just like the picture I showed them. I would not recommend going to 411 Nails.
