This place is a total rip off. Will not be back. $40 for a pedicure and they didn't even take dead skin off
I went in there today to get a mani/pedi. Nothing fancy. Basic polish. I was encouraged to get no-chip by one of the employees:owner? because "regular polish wouldn't stay on after a couple days and they don't guarantee it to stay".I didn't appreciate being told that considering that I have had my nails done many times and am very aware of regular polish limitations. The gentleman who did my pedicure was extremely rude and he spent the least time he could doing the job. After my pedicure, he started my manicure, got 1/3 way done, then someone else came over and started polishing my nails, then she walked away and yet another person came over to finish them. It's ridiculous. It seems to me that it would be nice to have one person who really cares about the quality of their work, do the entire process. Very disappointing. I've been there numerous times before, but today was the worst. I'll find someplace else to go.
Worst customer service from owner, Had to stop my pedicure due to the owner damaging my nail by improperly removing my nail polish. A simple solution would have been to use polish remover but they would rather rush it and use tools not needed. Paid for my half-done pedicure and was made to feel like I was at fault. Will definitely not be returning and would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
I wish I could give no stars! This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon, and I've been getting my nails done for a very long time. This was my second attempt to go there after they messed up the first time. I wanted to give a local business the benefit of the doubt. They tell you they don't make appointments, but if you're the right person they'll take you before the person has been sitting for over an hour and 15 minutes. Not only is it dirty but you have to sit and listen to their children run around complaining about being there all day. Worst experience ever and I would not recommend them for any services at all
Wasn't happy for start to finish. They were very rude, especially the older gentleman. coming from someone who doesn't usually get nails done they weren't very helpful in explaining things. Asked for powder, got acrylic Asked for nails to be shorter and the older lady was pissed Ave said it wasn't possible. Asked for bright design, which she proceeded to follow up with black dots. Very dissapointed!
