4 Paws Grooming Salon in Brandon, MS

I would NOT recommend. Everytime my dogs come home they smell like urine. They don't listen to the instructions I leave when I drop them off. And they clearly don't walk the dogs enough because they complained my dog had behavior issues, and they all smell like urine. This place is inhumane.

My babies love going here to get groomed. They get excited when we get there and act so proud of how they look when we pick them up. I would not use anybody else for my babies. Their
love of animals shows every time I go there.

I don't understand why it's so freaking difficult to find a groomer to actually do everything you ask them to do. I called and told them what I needed for my border collie. I brought him in this morning and went over everything again and the girl wrote all the stuff down on a clipboard. Yet, they could not seem to cut his nails nor brush his teeth, yet they charged me for doing his nails. His nails are still long and uncut.

I drove 30 minutes to them because I can't seem to find a decent groomer to save my life, and they asked me to bring him back tomorrow and they will try harder to get his nails done.

I work for a living and do not have time to go back to a groomer twice in one week to get them to do what they should have done TODAY!!!

So far, Mississippi TRULY sucks when it comes to pet groomers! This is the 5th or 6th groomer I have gone to. And these people let me down, too.

I have a dog named nanny and I took her to 4paws and was told that she, "had mats all over her body because of not being treated right" and for one I know this is a lie because whenever I was told that my dog could get hurt if I don't brush him I started brushing him daily so I know that that was a flat lie to get more money. she said it would be an extra 35$ to have it done even tho I never told her to do it and I never notified about the extra charge but the haircut was done before I could stop them and I had to pay them. my final straw with them past the verrry bad hair cuts and the extra fees becuase of the "non quality cair" even tho I would put my dogs life above my own, was when  i came to pick up my dog because she "got aggressive with one of the workers"I will give them slac dogs can be dogs sometimes but my dog was trained verry well and has never grawled or barked or snapped at any one never less anything but when I went to the solon she still had her leash on and was still in my cage and when I asked to see the person she snapped at, I was told, "to protect our workers you are not alloued to see her" needless to say I was mad and I will never NEVER go back to 4paws ever agen.
