Mary is really kind and really knowledgeable about hair and will tell you about the reality of what's possible with your hair! I initially wasn't happy at first with my hair color, but I can't lie, I wasn't the most straightforward about my hair with the reference photos I showed, but Mary corrected my hair color to my liking shortly afterwards. Her assistant is super kind and accommodating too. I would go here again for color! Anyways Mary is my goat

I had a great experience at 3Sixty. Today, I decided to go for a haircut and I was impressed by the service. Ms. Ve did an amazing job cutting my hair, her skills are top-notch. The staff at 3Sixty were very welcoming and friendly, which made my visit even more enjoyable. They even offered me a drink, which is not something I have experienced at other salons in the Bay Area. I will definitely be recommending 3Sixty to my friends and family for their exceptional service.

I had not had a haircut in two years and was lucky enough to find Vee! She was wonderful. She took the time to talk to me about my hair care and what I had in mind for a hairstyle. She did an awesome job cutting my hair and styling it to perfection. I was so very happy with the results! In addition to all of that, she was friendly and very professional. I will definitely come back to her and I recommend her if you want a great experience having your hair cut and styled.

There's something about Mary. I tried her for styling and she did a great job, so I went back for color correction. I've had various phases of blonde, chunky blonde highlights, lowlights, red on red, dark brown at different salons, and always left much to be desired. I wanted a nice lighter look with spring/summer approaching. I told Mary just that and she has given me the best look ever - sweeping statement but it's true. She knows what will look good on you and improvise on your brief to exceed your expectations. I ended up with baby lights perfectly blended in with my dark base color that looks gorgeous during the day and even better at night. It brings out my eyes, looks great on my skin. The best part is that she's no nonsense, knows her job and does it well. You can show her a picture or two and she will share her honest opinion on what can and can't be done. An opinionated stylist is important guys, that's what we're paying them for. If we knew it all why wouldn't we just pick up L'Oréal at a drug store and diy. Her assistant is nice and with her help, things went relatively fast. I've found my favorite colorist, will definitely go back for maintenance. Unfortunately, I don't have any personal pix yet but hope the salon can upload the ones they took so you can see what a mess I went in with and how Mary transformed it.

I had Vee cut my hair and she was amazing! She took her time (1hr&30min) on a layered hair cut and I appreciate her attention to detail. 10/10 would recommend her!!
