Everyone here is very friendly. I've gone a few times now and they really focus on making sure your nails look the way you want them!
Probably the worst experience I've ever had, which is such a bummer because it's so close to my house. I went in to get my dip removed since I'm moving and can't have long nails/don't want to chip new ones. My nail tech was SO annoyed with me the whole time, was not gentle, and just seemed like she wanted to be done with it even though they were super slow the whole day (I asked, trying to make conversation, which was shut down).
I get it's annoying to have to take off dip without getting to reapply it but now they'll never get to reapply it for me because I won't return. They have lost out on reoccurring business since they're 5 minutes from my house.
How you do something is how you do everything. So disappointed, awful experience.
A little pricy, but we'll worth it. The staff is super friendly! The location is spacious and kept clean. The quality of what you get is fantastic and I can't wait to go again!
My first time coming to this nail salon and the customer service was great, I would recommend Kim I showed her a pic of how I wanted my nails and she did exactly like the picture. She truly did an amazing job
Well, I decided to try this place, for a pedicure, as it was close to the office. First, the color selection for the gel manicure is small. The water for the pedicure was only lukewarm, when I asked for warmer water, she said not this time but she would remember it for next time! My previous gel manicure was not soaked off, but taken off like it was acrylic, and it burned. My cuticles were sloppily trimmed. The calf and foot massage was ok. It felt like the technician was rushed, so my gel polish wasn't cured long enough, so when I put my shoes on and got to my car, I looked down at my big toe, and there were dents in the polish. This was an awful experience.
