Great Clips in Englewood, CO

I  was getting my hair cut from Great Clips last 8 years.I had really bad experience today with Stephanie Howard( African American lady)today.She is really unprofessional and rude to me.At the beginning she almost shocked me with that hair cover clothe . I ask her loosen little bit so I can breathe then she gave attitude and spinning me on the chair like toys.Every single time I get zero and faded up but when she say Im done I realize there is long hair back of my head and both side.When I tell her this not a zero fade she started screaming at me and telling me she own the store etc.. Manager sided with her didn't do anything.I got kicked out of store.I attached pictures below how she cut my hair!

I checked in online, which showed 117 minutes wait, so we checked in and waited til what would have been 4:40pm. By 4:30 it was showing 75min left still and the store closed at 5. So we headed over to the store and it was closed. We were there before 4:40 and the door was locked, no one was there. This is unacceptable. Who closes early without warning and let's their check in system continue to take guests? How can I trust this location and their  check-in system with this experience?!

Will not come back here.

Luckily we were able to quickly get in at another location on Belleview & Yosemite. They were wonderful and quickly us in quickly.

I have used great clips for about4 years not a bad hair cut for the price. But the last 2 times I went I couldn't get my hair cut. I went in 2months ago but didn't put my name online check in. I asked how long the wait would be they said about 30 minutes. I had about 6 people walk in after me and they took them in. They didn't have the computer screen so I could see if they were ahead of me or not. So at around 35 minutes and the next person walked in and they put them in a chair and not me, I decided I would just have to go and next time I would put my name in before I came.  So today I put my name in the online and it said I would have to wait 90 minutes so I put I would like the notification when to drive to the great clips no notification but I driver over and they had one employee cutting a guys hair and I was at the top of the list on the computer screen so they check me in and the say it will be a few minutes about 5 minutes later and group came in and they were checked in and were second name on the list. When another employee comes out of the back off his break. He takes the second person on the list not me. I will not use davis county utah great clips again. Your employees are very disorganized.

If you're lucky enough to get on Coran's calendar and have him cut/style your hair, be prepared for one of the best experiences and value in the Denver area.
I Won't go anywhere else and he's worth the wait.

I do not like this place at all. I've been multiple times for haircuts, and I always leave unhappy. The first time, I asked for a trim and their stylist cut 4 inches off. The second time I went back and the man working made snide comments about my hair and my skin. I have never felt worse about myself. I would not recommend this particular great clips to anyone ever.
