Prepare yourself for a tale of woe as I recount the nightmare that unfolded at 3T Nails. Upon entering 3T Nails, I was immediately struck by the tacky decor that assaulted my senses. Neon signs clashed with garish wallpaper, creating an ambiance more reminiscent of a low-budget carnival than a reputable salon. Despite my reservations, I soldiered on, hoping that the quality of service would compensate for the lackluster aesthetics. Unfortunately, my hopes were swiftly dashed as I was greeted by a nail technician who seemed more interested in her vape pen and the television perched precariously on the counter than in providing competent service. Strike one. As I settled into the uncomfortable chair, I watched in dismay as the technician began to half-heartedly work on my nails, her attention divided between her electronic device and the melodramatic soap opera blaring from the TV. Strike two. As she clumsily applied polish to my nails, I couldn't help but notice the streaks and smudges that marred the surface, evidence of her careless technique. The cuticles were left ragged and uneven, a testament to her lack of skill and attention to detail. Strike three. To add insult to injury, throughout the entire ordeal, the technician remained oblivious to my dissatisfaction, lost in a haze of vapor and the latest plot twists unfolding on the television screen. It was abundantly clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority at 3T Nails. When the ordeal finally came to an end, I was presented with a bill that amounted to a staggering $70, a price tag that far exceeded the abysmal quality of the service provided. Reluctantly, I paid the exorbitant fee, feeling utterly swindled and vowing never to return. In conclusion, my experience at 3T Nails can only be described as a trifecta of terrible service, tacky decor, and technological distraction. If you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of this salon at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and seek out a reputable establishment where professionalism and quality are not just an afterthought. NEVER COME HERE EVERY IT IS TERRIBLE

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I owner apparently doesn't listen to his clients when there is a health issue! My foot was starting to feel better the morning of my appointment but I wanted the owner to know it was still sore. From a tight grip to a slam my feet on the pedicure chair, this salon sucks so bad. My foot is STILL swollen after that dang appointment. I had to go to the hospital two days later and had x-rays done. This business should be closed!

3T Nails is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. When I was kid 10-15 years ago, we used to go here all the time. It was always so busy and everyone went there. This place has gone downhill so bad since then. I asked for dip nails and they were way too thick. She barely would shave them down even after me asking. As far as cleanliness, I was disgusted the entire time. The place is filthy. The lady tried using already used clippers & cuticle cutters on me from a nasty drawer! I said no, I want sanitized clean utensils and you could tell she was a bit annoyed. When I had to go wash my hands, I had to go down this short hallway and there was a room on the right. The door was open and I could see inside the room. There were bunk beds, crumbs, food, garbage, all over the room floor. It was the most grossest thing ever. I have called the health department on them before because of the non sanitized utensils. I am shocked that they aren't shut down from the health department. How they are still keeping their doors open, I have no clue. Do NOT go here. Even 1 star is generous.

Literally just left the store. I made an appointment at 5pm. I arrived a little early for my appointment and waited for an hour and finally left. I'm furious, organization and time management is lacking in this salon. You guys wasted time that I rarely have, not thrilled.

Now, I will start by saying the staff here was courteous, and attentive so my complaint is not with their customer service because that was spot on. It was the nails that I didn't like at all. I went there with my 5 year old for some girl time. My daughter just had her nails painted and I got a full set of acrylics with shellac. I picked the most simple design I could find that I liked just in case as I had never been here before. First complaint: the nails were cut too short. Secondly: after filing them, the tech didn't even have me wash them so there are a bunch of nail fillings in my polish and in the acrylic and they're all bumpy 3rd: they put too much acrylic over my actual finger instead of just on the nail 4th I asked for a matte top coat and after a couple hours, it was already off. I would not recommend because although they are kind, they don't know their craft well
