Colleen has been my hairdresser since 4th grade when my mom and I first visited her at Michael's Salon. We've since followed her to 3-4 different salons before she opened 252 West Salon & MedSpa which is Dayton's #1 Salon & Medspa! Colleen has done my hair for every important event in my life - high school homecomings and proms, family and friend weddings, birthday makeovers and finally my wedding day. When I started planning my destination wedding in Naples, FL I knew that Colleen needed to be the one to do my hair. Colleen graciously accepted and brought all her hair products and tools right to my hotel suite! It was very convenient, and she styled my hair, my mom's, a junior bridesmaid's and a flower girl's hair including incorporating a flower crown into the little one's hair. When the schedule became a bit rushed due to the little ones playing extra long with their cousins, Colleen's daughter Chanelle jumped right in and helped finish up the youngest girls' hair so that we were all ready for pictures. Colleen and Chanelle also helped me bustle my dress and veil before the reception and remove my veil after our first dance. Colleen also did my hair for our rehearsal dinner, and I gave her very little time to style it, but it came out perfectly even despite the intense humidity! I live in California now, and I haven't lived in Ohio for more than 18 months since 2008 but I still come home to have my hair done by Colleen because I don't trust anyone else. Briana is the very best for nails especially Shellac! I've had manicures all over the country and no one compares to her!! I've had it look good for a month!!

Wonderful people! Great salon! I bring my nephew here and they treat him like gold. Only downside, I'm bald so I don't get to enjoy the treatment. But they've tasty coffee.

I love the staff here. I go there regularly for haircuts. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone has always been so nice and so their job amazingly. Have gone there since they opened up.

I would go there just for the head massages that comes with your hair wash and shampoo!! Kayla is absolutely awesome and relaxes me so much that I need a blanket and pillow. Colleen is fantastic and takes the times to consult with you each and every time rather than saying "according to our records this is what you had last time, want the same"? This is definitely not like other spas and her attention to detail, myriad of services, and the positive energy from 252 and it's staff will bring you back for more. Visit 252 and you'll never want to leave!!
