212 Beauty Supply Salon and Braids in Stonecrest, GA

So this is for the ladies. I just visited the 212 Beauty supply store at Klondike and Browns Mill Rd. And I left feeling very uncomfortable. Nothing was done and said directly but I just want to share this with others who may have any type of trauma as I do. I walked in to check it out while stopping to get gas and the only person that seemed to be there was an older gentleman not a small guy at all. He stood in defensive mode the entire time I was looking around then I felt he was staring at me the entire time, not sure, maybe he thought I was going to steal something. The phone was ringing, he would not even go to answer the phone. He asked if there was something I was looking for and I said no just looking right now but as I kept walking I went into my phone and started looking for a YouTube video that I saw earlier this week to help me with my daughter's hair so I started to look for a product and I asked him if they carried it, his response was if you don't see it we don't have it. So I continued to look while I was watching the YouTube video he walked very closely behind me to go to the rear of the store and in the center of the isle stood in defense mode arms crossed legs squared as I'm still looking I have about two or three more aisles of product to look at, he did not move the closer I got to the back of the store then he asked me was I looking for a particular product? I told him the product name that I had just asked him about not even 1 minute prior and he said no we don't carry that product. I said okay thank you and turned around quickly and left the store. As I was leaving I could hear the phone off the hook. And another red flag is the door was propped open when I entered the store, he came behind me and closed it once I was inside. Needless to say, I felt very uncomfortable in many ways. Do not go in this store if you are a female by yourself make sure you have either a male with you or a couple of other females. I will never ever visit this store again. Some may think I am overthinking this, but again, I share as a woman that has a past of trauma. Be blessed and stay safe.

unreliable beauty supply store... you never know when they are open because they don't follow the times they have listed. i've come here at least 5 times when they were "open" just to find out they were closed, it's very frustrating. for example it's 1:45 on a tuesday and they're supposed to close at 8 today but no one is here. the only reason i keep returning is cause it's the closet one to me, but from now on i'll just save my time and go to another one. when you're lucky enough to catch them open, it's a pretty small beauty supply, they have the essentials, but if you're looking for other specific items i would suggest another store.
