DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE!! I went in looking to get a trim. I wanted a high and tight with a fade starting at a .5 the barber shaved the side of my head .5 all around. I asked if they could salvage it in any way but when I walked out of there I ended up looking like I had a toupee on my head. Thankfully the people at Bloom Salon was able to salvage it a little. But the most disappointing part of this experience was the barber didn't even apologize.
Vanessa was amazing! The service from start to end was incredible. I've never really known how to style my hair but she blew my expectations away. The amazing part is how quick she was able to get it done. She asked questions and gave some amazing recommendations.I will definitely make the 40 min drive there just so that she can take care of my hair.
I went in for a standard men's haircut. I came here because their website said they would wash my hair after. The place i previously went to did not and I would return to my office leaving a trail of hair everywhere. My experience was great. I got a complimentary back massage as it was my first time there. I was seen shortly after I arrived. The stylist did a good job and knew the right questions to ask to get my hair right. Not sure its worth the high price, but hard to find anything cheaper around here.
Will never step foot in this place again. Unprofessional. Clipped my ear, didn't brush the hair off of my face when done. Hair stylist admitted she wasn't knowledgeable on how to use a razor to lineup the hairline mid haircut and offered to find another barber to do it. The receptionist told me after the haircut that it was an often complaint. Ridiculous Completely disappointed. Thankfully they didn't charge me. Was expecting a full service quality experience and received an amateur hour experience.
It was my first time there. The salon was super clean. Very nice and friendly staff with great atmosphere. Receptionist was courteous to offer water / coffee and snacks. Lissette was my stylist; I was very pleased and satisfied, and she did a great job. She was Friendly and Focused. Excellent service and highly recommended. 7 stars
