I had my first cut about 6 weeks ago with Maddie and it was a great first haircut. I came in today for a cleanup and she did an okay job except her clippers sheared the entire back of my neck. It literally feels like I got a tattoo on the back of my neck and she didn't get all of the hair. When I got home my wife said there specks of blood showing. The pictures are 6 hours later after a shower. It's been burning all day and I'm not sure how to get any relief. I'd like the remaining long hairs on my neck trimmed but I'll have to wait because the back of neck is so sensitive right now. Maddie is supposed to be a master stylist and a cut is $57....
Hands down the best haircut I've ever had! I typically go to sports clips or a local place near my house. This was my first time going to a more upscale place like this and it was worth it!! Anna did an outstanding job and the attention to detail was something I hadn't experienced at other places. With this being my first time coming here there are 2 things I would of done different. First, I wouldn't have brought a drink in with me because they offer ice cold beer!! Second, I would have taken her up on the beard trim. Other places have really messed up my beard only for me to fix it when I got home. I can tell after this haircut that this would have been an epic beard trim and something I'll be adding to my next appointment.
The stylist was lovely and kind. I showed her numerous photos of the hair style I wanted. I repeated over and over, "I do not want short hair." She said, "Your hair needed shaping." The reason I needed shaping is because since Covid I've grown my hair out twice for, "Locks of Love."
I can not tell ,until I go home, shower and do my hair on my own. It was a perfect haircut, which is NOT what I showed her over and over. I wanted loose and messy, I got perfect, bowl head. I was to have another cut tomorrow. Maybe 3 months and not 2, I can try another stylist, who will NOT, cut my hair short!!
No one to do my highlights in my grey hair. 3 different salons would not do what l was looking for. Booked online, they called me for a description of what I was wanting done. Went in for a consultation with Anna. After 10 mins. She said no problem and booked me for the next morning. Anna was great highly qualified very professional.

Maddie does a really nice job every time and she's very fun to talk to! I really enjoy the location and I've never had any trouble getting an appointment when I need one. Extra star for the hilarious walk-in sign.
