I had my hair corrected by Brooke W. My hair had been screwed up by another stylist (elsewhere).  I had orange brassy blonde hair with misplaced, miscolored keratin bond extensions (that were breaking off). Brooke took my hair back to the ashy blond it is supposed to be and added a sewn in weft. My hair looks sooooo much better. Brooke is awesome, professional, skilled and makes suggestions. Not only does she do my hair, but now my 14 and 16 yr old sons see her too:) Thanks Brooke!

LOVE this salon and service I have received there every time!  I have been going to Klarisa for years and have loved every highlight, cut and balayage she has done for me!  I trusted Klarisa to color my hair several days before my wedding and it was gorgeous!  She is the BEST and the only person I trust to do my hair!

If I could give this salon negative stars I would.

I have been seeing the co-owner and stylist Klarisa Buckley of this salon for a year now, doing simple root color touch ups and hair trims. Once I got to trust her with my hair I decided to have a consultation for a balayage color and hair cut. We exchanged inspiration photos and decided to book a balayage appointment. For what I wanted she advised that it would take longer than a normal appointment so we agreed on booking out the time frame for 10am-4:30pm (this is because my hair color is a level 3 which is dark brown). I was actually in the salon from 10:30am-9:30pm. ON TOP OF THAT, she did not tell me she was charging me $80 PER HOUR to do my hair AND it wasn't even the correct color style I wanted. SHE BLEACHED MY WHOLE HEAD THREE-FOUR TIMES THAY DAY! The bill I had to pay for a hair color I DID NOT want was $720. $720!!! 111 West's online pricing clearly states for 200 min balayage and cut is $115. I was there for 540 minutes, the bill should have been $345. (But still not worth it) How can you charge your clients an hourly rate when 1. They have never been charged that before when they get their hair done by the same person and 2. They go over the timeline significantly and 3. Not accommodating to their clients desired look. UNBELIEVABLE!
The nightmare isn't over yet, before I left the salon I voiced my concern to her that I wanted to keep my dark roots and have a blended balayage. She just shook it off and said "give it a week". I even asked her DURING the appointment why my roots were so light and she told me she was going to color over them to be darker like my inspiration photo. That never happened, clearly.
Once I got home and saw my boyfriends reaction to what my hair looked like I texted her and told her I wasn't happy with the outcome and wanted to come into the salon tomorrow to get it redone. She didn't respond and I had to call in "sick" to work the next day so I could run around Bozeman trying to find a stylist to correct what she had done. She finally responded at about 11am and said "I'm sorry I'm too busy today". You would think a client that just paid $720 would be somewhat of a priority, not to Klarisa. After this was said to me and how she was treating me via text I decided I didn't want anything to do with her. Now she is refusing to refund me any of my money. This stylist is a complete fraud! If you decide to go to this salon I strongly suggest writing up a contract for yourself and having both parties sign it. Otherwise you will be going to small claims court just like I am.

Please see the below photos of what my hair looked like the morning I woke up. Does this look like a balayage to anyone? She claims she did nothing wrong and she stands by how my hair looks... don't trust her. This is not $80 and hour work.

After Klarisa made me feel like complete garbage, she still didn't offer to re-do my hair until she found out I went to another salon to have it color corrected. I only went to another  salon because I was frantic about how I looked and she wouldn't answer her phone or the salons phone.
