Lets start with the girl who did my nails was very good and very nice. Great job with my nails. The low star rating is because the place was very what i would call kruddy for a salon . I havent been to a salon that dirty in years.I thought those days were gone.

I really like this nail salon. The quality of work & their prices are great. I will be cashing in my frequent visitor card at Sapphire Nail Lounge. Sorry Len but when I left my nail bed was not sore. My overlay was thinner & I received the best hand massage. Which I noticed I only received when I got my first and last gel polish. That was during my last visit. No. 1 Nail did not try to convince me that I needed to get a gel polish. They were okay with the fact that I just wanted a good old traditional American Manicure. The only issue I have is that the place is 6 years and it looked as if it's 10 years old. They really need an overhaul or a remodel of the inside. But according to the nail techs they've had 3 different owners. You guys could use a paint job. That's why you only have a 4 not a 5.
