$5 Tan - Savage 2 in Savage, MN

I have been coming to this salon for many years. I love the fact that I can always get the bed I want without waiting! A concern I have is the unfriendly attitude of one of the staff. I have had the same unpleasant experience with her every time she is working. She makes me feel like I am interrupting her time. She has refused to answer my questions about coupons. Her flat remark is go online and then it is like she just shuts down. I had been in customer service for 17 years and I know that the person who is in the front when a customer comes in the door, makes a big difference in that customers experience. Most times I come to the salon to relive stress, as well as get a tan. No one should have to feel stress from someone at the front desk. I do want to give kudos to most of the staff. In particular, I want to express my thankfulness to Ashley. She makes me feel so comfortable the minute I walk in the door. She is so helpful with any questions I may have and her attitude is so awesome. She is great with customers and she deserves a big thumbs up!!

I have been to many salons, but never have I seen one quite so nice. There is a lot of traffic but I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in a busy night! Everything is reasonably priced (compared to other salons near by) and you get AWESOME quality of color. Also, the consultants are TRAINED!! I cant tell you how many people I"ve asked questions about that had no clue about the lotions.... This place is a MUST GO if you are taking a vacation!

Okay, brilliant! A salon with enough beds that you never need to make an appointment! Actually, they don't even take appointments, so I guess if you live by a stop watch then you might prefer a salon with that option. But, before you shy away, let me just say WOW! Your points can be used at any of the locations, the rooms are spacious, the beds are very well-maintained, and the amenities for getting ready afterward are plentiful. The monthly memberships are reasonably priced and the mixed packages are really fun...can't wait til I'm at the Galaxy level....that bed looks like a spaceship! Newer lotions are pricey but effective, and plenty of time to get undressed and into that bed is just another plus! Glad I found this chain!
