I had a membership until December when my payment didn't go through because I had gotten a new card. So they ended taking the money out on the 24th after that I canceled. They then proceeded to give me from December 24th till the 9th of January to get tans which doesn't make sense since I payed for a full 30 days of spray tans. They suck and just want your money
I usually love zoom but this girl with blue hair gave me SO MUCH attitude because I signed up for a membership online because she "doesn't get commission if I sign up online" and I apologized so much to have her just say "it is what it is" ummmmmm how is it my problem that your corporate screws you??? She was so rude I'm done going to that zoom tan
I have had no problems going to this location until today. All the girls are very sweet and informative whenever I have any questions. However, this morning my boyfriend and I came in to one girl who was extremely rude and unprofessional. Was on her phone when we walked in (fine, it isn't busy) but then when I said hello rudely asked "what's your number?", as if I was bothering her. I then asked about the 11 cent deal for today and said "it's a coupon you have to pull up" so when I asked her how to do it she said "I don't know people just know how to do it"..really? I then brushed it off and went into a tanning bed and 4 of the front bulbs were out. Paused it, came out to mention it to her (she was talking to her friend) and was apparently annoyed she had to do her job. She then came in, looked at it, and goes "it doesn't matter", and left. Completely rude, unprofessional, doesn't understand the simple system of the company, and should not represent Zoom Tan or be in any customer service industry.
Nice to have a location close to me. Unfortunately since this is in college side of town, customer service has gone out the door for most of their staff. There's one girl that's really nice; for all the others, I'm almost tempted to walk right back out because I don't feel like standing there for 30 seconds while they finish their text before I'm acknowledged. The tanning itself is nice and quick.
Horrible front desk attitudes, considering there are so many places in Tallahassee to get a spray tan, this place doesn't even try to keep its customers
