I purchased the gold package for a 7-day/1 week trial...as this is my first time ever doing this....at $50. I unfortunately got sick and couldn't go for 2 days. When I finally went back on day 5 I asked for the manager to call me to ask if I can get just 1 day extended. I didn't ask nor wanted money back. She never called. On day 6 I went for my appt. and asked about my situation. As the nice lady at the front desk was looking for my message written the day before the manager, Heather, happened to call. The employee talked to her about another account where a bigger exception was made....a different type then mine but a exception nonetheless. Then she asked about me and I got an immediate no. I spoke up and said I'm just looking to get 1 of 3 days missed extended...not all 3 days. Still got a no. Her exact words were "no exceptions"! In a customer service driven world we live in today and type of industry it doesn't hurt to give a one-time exception. I was ready to buy a full package but after this...ABSOLUTELY NOT! Would not have cost her absolutely anything. She still had my full $50. Poor customer service!!!

Credit Card Fraud!!! I have called multiple times for almost a year to cancel my account that hasn't been used in over 3 years (my fault for not cancelling sooner). Every time I was able to talk to someone, I was told a manager would get back to me to finalize the cancellation. No call backs at all. I have tried stopping in multiple times during "business hours" only for the place to be closed. They raised the rate from $19/mo to $43/mo with no notification at all as well. They continue to charge me $43/month. I've called my credit card company to dispute the charges and successfully had them reversed. They then charged my card again. My credit card company cancelled my credit card and re-issued a new one. THEY SOMEHOW GOT MY NEW CREDIT CARD INFO AND STARTED CHARGING IT AGAIN!! The credit card company has sent them letters and even tried calling them multiple times with me on the line and cannot get anyone "live" to deal with this. I've had to dispute at least 8 charges and had my credit card replaced 3 times. They obviously don't care about their customers! BEWARE, this place will steal your credit card info and charge it infinitely and you'll be inconvenienced monthly for hours trying to dispute the charges.
