My experience with Tim nigyun was just horrific. First I'd like to mention I was using my Taiwanese translator and he was talking crap about me with his coworker. Second of all, I got a regular pedicure two days later all of the polish chipped off I wasn't hitting my feet against walls or scratching them against rocks. All of it was off. I paid $60 for two days of nail polish. Not to mention he intentionally tickled my feet. I do not know why. If you come here, avoid Tim. No one speaks English either
I've tried so many places for dip. This is the best place I've found. I see Vicky and she does a great job!
I went for a pedicure this week and when I got home I realized I had a smudged toenail. I proceeded to wipe off the part that smudged (2 hours after the pedicure) and all the nail polish came off. I then started to wipe every toe and all the nail polish wiped right off. I won't be returning, they must have used a gel Polish on my regular pedicure.
My first and last time here! I had a 9:00 appointment for a fill and a pedicure. They did my pedicure first. Then I had to wait awhile for someone to be free for a fill. The guy doing my nails was so unpleasant. Barely said a word to me and way too fast. He didn't even let my gel dry before adding more coats. My nails came out really thick. Terrible vibe in there. Couldn't get out fast enough!
Years ago, this place was good.. The location on Main street Williamsville better than Orchard Park. Lisa did a great job, I have spent a lot of money here. Since Lisa has left, I have had terrible experiences there. Today bad enough for me to leave a review. I made an appt for 9 am because I had work at 11, I was told I had to wait because staff was late. I explained I had to goto work. The miserable girl sat me down. The 45 min-1hour Suppose to be appt was less than 20 min. She put my hands in cold water for 20 seconds then pretended to cut my cuticles.. then slopped some gel polish on them. I was having a rough morning and this was suppose to be a relaxing hour, but I was uncomfortable and wanted to leave. I always leave generous tips, but felt that the $43 for a manicure was enough and I shouldnt even have paid that, so no tip. I hope the owners read these messages and fix your services.
