ZaZa Nails and Spa in Richland, MS

Beware !!  I would give 0 stars in terms of this nail salon  due to customer service . When I entered the door, I felt  the  attitude from the lady sitting at the first table . I came for a refill with gel . I told her I wanted to change the shape of my nails , she rudely told me she couldn't change the shape . So I told her to just cut my nails down and refill . She told me, " don't get an attitude with me ." As the customer, I informed her  that she will not disrespect me  and needs better customer service . She told me that I can leave , I politely told her , there are plenty of nail shops on highway 49 and you are not the only one that provides this service . I have a professional career and will not patronize a business that  doesn't respect me or my opinions of a service that I am paying for . In a way , I feel they cater to a particular group of people however she is confused because she is a minority as well .

I am new to the area and was looking for a good place to get a mani/pedi. Zaza's came highly recommended
I wanted a little artwork  but was told they only could do if I got gel. I know pattrrns can be done without gel.
In just 2 days my nails started chipping. I don't expose my hands to any chemicals and expected my manicure, which wasn't cheap, to last a little bit longer.
Still looking for a good place.

Very good nail shop. I have tried many many nails shops around the Jackson area. This is one of the best. They are thorough and did a good job following all my requests. My nails also last 2-3 weeks as expected. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because you may want to watch them with their pricing. They charged me $50 for nails and my sister $100. Her nails were different colors and French tips, but I didn't see enough different between our nails to warrant a $50 price difference. Nonetheless, we were both very happy with our services from too very picky nail shop goers.

Always a great experience. I am super rough on my nails ans I always get long nails, and they always stay at least two weeks, if not 3+. They are quick and so friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place. They are more than worth the drive down 49

Spectacular experience today at ZaZa Nails and Spa. I have been going to another local nail salon for the past 2+ years but I decided to try this salon after seeing a great review that lead me to many other great reviews. I've just found my new salon salon. The business is well-run, very clean, and relaxing. Ban did my nails and, not only was he very welcoming and friendly, the resulting manicure was nothing less than perfect. He treated my underlying brittle nails with care. His mother is working on my pedicure as I'm typing this review, and though I don't know her name yet, I can already tell she's one of the sweetest humans I'll ever meet. I'm thoroughly impressed. Overall, my review for ZaZa Nails is as follows- 10/10, two thumbs up, five stars      
I am genuinely excited to continue coming here every couple of weeks into the future.
