YUPPIE PUPPY KEEPS HAVING MY REVIEW REMOVED on google reviews - proof of appointment in my photos, not sure why they can't take the negative review, it makes it more clear they know they did something wrong. My dog Benji had a grooming appointment in January, his appointment time was 8AM, I called at 12:30PM just to get an update on when he might be done. The lady said she had just finished another dog and Benji was next. So this grooming salon has everyone drop off their dogs at 8AM and it's luck of the draw when they get to your dog. A lot of dogs with anxiety do not do well in this type of environment and are better off at a grooming salon that actually utilizes appointment times. The other thing that struck me as odd was on the phone after she told me Benji was next she said he would be done in about 40-45 minutes, which seems like a rushed amount of time to fully wash, cut, brush, cut nails and blow dry. I pick him up and notice as we leave he can't open one of his eyes fully. I then realized when we get home he's limping and this was because the groomer cut his nails so carelessly they were cut down too short and had been bleeding. He had little razor/cut burns on his belly and was clearly so uncomfortable. After a year, they have 100% lost our business for mishandling our baby. Luckily our vet gave us tips to help subside the pain and he got better over the weekend. My husband and I called the salon multiple times without an answer and my husband left a voicemail that was never returned. I would not recommend taking your pet here for so many reasons.

Suzanne is fine with the dogs, but rude and unprofessional with dog owners and unorganized running her business. Go elsewhere if you can! I dropped off my dogs at 8am for appointments specifically with 2 different groomers and 4.5 hrs later at 12:30pm, the dogs weren't ready and 1 dog still had another 45 min to be groomed! Why bother making an appointment at all just to have your dogs sit in a crate for 5+ hrs. I was told it was my fault for not mentioning when I needed them done and was barely let in the door when I showed up unannounced after 4.5 hrs of my dogs sitting in crates and left with 1 dog only half groomed...Suzanne literally wagged her finger at me as if I was the dog being scolded!  I will take my business elsewhere to someone much more professional and hope you all do to!

I elected not do business with this 'salon' strictly due to my observations when I was next door picking up contacts. I could hear a grown man yelling shut to the dogs. It's often already a stressful environment for our fur babies to be groomed, but to add yelling to an already anxious situation for them is unhealthy for our animals and totally unprofessional by the staff. Please consider going elsewhere!
