Where do I begin from the moment Niecy met me at the door and the high end feel to a salon. (I love the chandelier in the shampoo area). Very private stations and the feeling of professionalism yet Warm and inviting. I had damaged hair and color issues that honestly Had made me feel the past 6 months very unattractive...Niecy made that all change for me as she spent time listening to me and hearing ME!!! After the processes were complete I broke down in tears of joy that as a 65 year old women who is struggling with aging anyway, felt 10 years younger and ready to be confident again in a world where appearance is big. Don't get me wrong I am confident but when you Are already fighting the changes of getting older and then a hair dresser damages your hair and you are new to the area and don't know where to go but you lucked out and got Niecy!!! I am a new woman because of her and can't wait to continue this relationship the rest of my life. Thank you Niecy from the bottom of my heart...also let me say the feeling of support from all hair dressers was amazing. Niecy was spectacular with my Tween daughter and worked wonders with her long fine hair! My daughter had her heart set on a complex layered cut right before school started, and Niecy went above and beyond to get us in! Fantastic communication! Super clean and fun salon in a wonderful location! I'm going to go back and get a great new style for myself, now that I'm brave enough to know someone I can trust to work with ultra fine hair! I got my hair done by Niecy she is amazing I love the highlights and color and haircut she left me feeling amazing my hair was dragging on me and she cut off like 5 inches and I'm feeling so good the salon has real good vibes because the ladies that work there very nice, professional. Niecy has a great personality so sweet to talk to we had great conversation about everything she made me feel at ease getting a haircut and highlights will be making another appt to see her in a couple of months thank you Niecy
