Not color correction was needed, at all- (low lights that didn't happen) - went in to get shaped hair cut and got hacked- stop responding as if you don't know what happened- it insults us both.

Finding a good hairdresser is challenging . Meeting Billy Yamaguchi was a game changer for me. Billy takes the time to get to know you and your personality using the feng shui method before he even Begins cutting your hair. The transformation he made on me was remarkable. I am 62 years old and decided to transition from my dark hair to gray. Billy was able to give me a cut not only was sassy chic and beautiful but believe it or not I felt like I got the facelift at the same time it literally took years off of my face. Billy Yamaguchi gives you first rate treatment and for the first time I felt the connection of my hairdresser and me knowing who I am what is a realistic look for me. Another thing that Billy had accomplished is when you go home you always want to be able to style your hair the way your hairdresser does. I was able to do that the next day after the cut. His shop is professional personal and provides gracious professional service.

Billy is a miracle worker! What a blissful "feng shui" experience. I hadn't seen Billy since 1998, and I was SO GRATEFUL that he had an opening with such short notice. Especially having such an exclusive clientele. (I won't be going elsewhere) He asked some basic questions and I told him, "I trust you-- please do what ever you think would suit me best." I couldn't have picked out a more perfect cut & color. The color is a glam version of my natural color, with beautiful variety and texture. It's so chic yet natural. Do you ever feel like you can't quite style it as nicely as after a cut and color?! No more! The products Billy recommended are fantastic. Billy is both an expert and a lovely human being. He makes the effort to really understand who you are and how you feel, through feng shui and much conversation, and pulls together a hairstyle that really fits. He is expensive, but I think he is worth (and so am I). I went to someone else in town who was less expensive and she repeatedly had color disasters that required repeated attempts to fix. I suppose you get what you pay for. I'm sticking with Billy.
