Student did a terrible job cutting, teacher did a terrible job cleaning it up and she had to do a lot of work to clean it up. This was a student who was about to graduate too. Would not give me a refund for such horrible services. This school didn't used to be so bad. Save your money, go to a legit stylist.
This place is completely obtuse. Customer Service talks a lot and does not listen. Appointments made were canceled by Xenon and rescheduled a week later for two women looking for cut and tone that were placed with two men in the barbershop section. Completely obtuse about how this was their mistake, just excuses about students calling off and only barbers being available for a week later appointment. When told that customer service was lacking, this manager asked me where it was lacking. Suggest trying Capitol Academy or anywhere else.
Excellent work. Great team work! Results awesome. Used to go to EQ school of hair design. It changed over to SoHo, sorry wouldn't recommend to anyone. I went there for over 10 years. Xenon is my new favorite!
I saw Sandra and I really thought that I loved my hair... she curled it for me and it looked pretty good! Until further investigation. The foils bled and there were horizontal bleach stripes and then the layers she put in my hair look absolutely awful! If I thought they could fix it I would go back, but fortunately my hair will grow back and I tried my best to fix my horizontal stripes on my own... :( very disappointed because even the instructors were trying to hype me up about how it looked and I hate it
I would give it this rating because I had to make an appointment two times, my original was last Friday and I had to have it cancelled because both times the student became unavailable and on the day of my "second" appointment at 12:45 they call me at 12:20 saying "I know this is short notice but our student became unavailable AGAIN," they finally did my haircut at 4o'clock (pm) but I came in for a cut and dye to lighten my hair (which I know is a process but I was excited to start the journey) but they didn't even want to start on my hair, didn't even try because they said they didn't have the correct products to lighten my hair from a box dye that I did nine months ago.... so you are telling me that a professional place can't lighten your hair from a previous box dye from nearly a year ago? Anyways cheap haircut, it looks decent for the price. The customer service was decent, student was very skilled, but I don't think I'll be going back, super unprofessional, And not only that but also i was extremely disappointed that they couldn't even try to lighten my hair or do a process w/ me, all they wanted to do was a repair on my hair even though they only had to take off less than 1.5 to 2 inches of dead hair for my trim and complimented how strong my hair is by their pull test... if I knew that I was just going to get a haircut and not the diet or the process of the dye, I would not have gone there, I would've went to somewhere else over a week ago when I had my first appointment cancelled on me... oh I also wanted to add that my hair was ombré, before I box dyed it, and its now a light Carmel brown, so if they can't lighten a light brown, don't go if you have darker!
