I bought my mom a gift card for her birthday and she called afterwards to thank me but to tell me how disappointed she was! During her pedicure, the technician wasn't paying attention and rubbed her foot raw on both sides. He was answering the phone, looking out the door, talking, not minding her at all. Her water was also cold and she told him as soon as he started and he ignored her. Then, her friend was also getting a pedicure and the younger girl did not do her pedicure all the way. She didn't massage her nor rub any lotion on her feet. (Which is part of the basic pedicure) She got her nails done and they did not remove all the color from her last nails and you can still see it on the sides.
Also, there is always a child there which is understandable but he bothered my mom and her friend the entire time, knocked there stuff down, and they did not get to relax. I'm very disappointed because I come here often and wanted my mom to have a good experience but it was not!

Such a long wait They still haven't started I've been soaking for an hour and a half. They've had to refill my water 3 times now and the machine is like making a weird noise because they've had it running for so long it's not even busy! there is only one girl waiting 2 getting there fingers done and 2 getting there toes painted and then one of the workers keeps going in the back she hasn't done much. I was talking with a friend about the service I've gotten and she says they've become worse than soho... I don't recommend unless you like wasting time and money ‍

Very nice nail tech. Was super kind and gentle. Beautiful finished nails. Unfortunately the spa was extremely dirty and they were reusing files and Emory boards without sterilizing them. I won't go back because I was grossed out.
