The last time I went to Sonya a while ago he burnt and fried my hair ends and I hope she never does anyone else the way she did me. No refund offer or anything just said don't use heat for a few weeks wtf

BEWARE!!! I bought a groupon haircut and hilights with Sokvanna Prok. DO NOT BUY THIS DEAL!!!!! After several attempts to call her I finally got through and told her i had bought the groupon deal, she said she didnt have her apointment book with her and would call back, which she didnt, I called her again, this time I didnt mention groupon and she made an apointment but when I went to the location given on groupon, the same address on here, there is no Wild Flower Salon there and the salon that is there does not employ anyone named Sokvanna Prok, nor do they offer groupon deals. Thankfully they managed to squeeze me in and I did get an excellent haircut and highlights there so now I have to see if I can get my money back from Groupon

Here goes my very first bad review. I'm sad to read all the good reviews about Sonya because unfortunately my experience hasn't been pleasant. I purchased a haircut/deep conditioning/style on Groupon & made an appointment 4 weeks in advance. I'm currently looking for a new hairdresser & was looking forward to Sonya. I guess I got what I paid for because when I arrived for my appointment, the salon was closed & the sign was taken down. I called Sonya twice & also texted with no response. I'd like to also mention that I had a difficult time reaching her 4 weeks prior to make an appointment. It took 4 attempts & finally she answered her phone. She replied with "I've been busy" but agreed to the date I requested. I assume that posting a deal on Groupon means you want to attract new customers. I had such a bad first impression & had to call Groupon the next day & ask for a refund because she STILL did not call me back! Such a disappointment :(

I'm very unhappy with the way my hair turned out. I had an appointment for a cut, color, and deep condoning about three weeks ago with Sonya. She was friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about hair, so of course since I have little knowledge I went along with everything she said. Originally I had a faint ombré and I asked her to dye my hair back brown (my normal color) so I can have it natural for awhile before I changed it up again. She said because my hair was lighted on the bottom she thought it would be best to dye it black just so the blonde wouldn't come through again. She also said the black would eventually fade to my natural color. She suggested that I should only dye the bottom of my hair, due to the top being virgin and she didn't want to damage my virgin hair. Sounds good right? Well it's been three weeks, I've washed my hair countless times trying to fade the black, with no luck. It's still black! It's ombré all over again, except now it's brown and black instead of brown and blonde! To make matters worse I've tried calling her multiply times to fix it and she won't respond. The only positive thing I can say is she did a good job with the cut and deep conditioning.

This salon get 0 stars!!! This place is very unprofessional! I went in and walked out! Not one person acknowledged I was there and after listening to totally unprofessional conversation I got up and walked out! Totally ridiculous to call yourself professionals. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Also I will share my experience with anyone that will listen. I totally believe the review Mical T. wrote. The stylist there seem very childish and unprofessional!!!! 0 STARS!
