Shane is amazing!  He fixed a bad bleach job from a supposedly nice salon in San Francisco that turned my hair orange!  Shane fixed the highlights and they blended back so well that I got compliments from all of my coworkers.  You don't have to leave Jackson to get great color.

I've been going to Wavelenths for over 20 years!! This is by far the absolute best salon I've ever been to. My hair has always looked fantastic, with many compliments from friends and people I work with. Paul is the very best!!!

My first visit with Kayla was the best!!! I went from dark blonde to light with full highlights. Sometimes hard to find good and affordable salons around here, but this one exceeded my expectations-- KAYLA STILL COLORED MY HAIR WHEN THE POWER WAS OUT!!! I had a full 2 hour appointment right after a storm knocked out the electricity for blocks!!!! I am so happy with it!!!! Everybody here was so nice and welcoming and overall, even despite the power outage, I had a very relaxing and enjoyable appointment! I have already recommended some friends here.

I will say I was a little surprised by the pricing. The brochure I found online said "starting at $57" for color-- with my hair I expected it to be more than this of course but I was just a little surprised when I was being rung up. !!! BUT FOR THE BEAUTIFUL HIGHLIGHTS I GOT, IT IS UNDERSTANDABLE!!!!

I have been  going to wave links for over 15 years. The last time I went I was I had a fractured leg and had difficulty walking without my crutches. Before I went I had to take a pain pill so I got my step granddaughter to drive me there and drive me home because I could not drive. I was told  that Kayla said that I appeared to be on  some kind of medication and that I could  never  come back and less I had someone with me. Kayla reported this to the owners and she had been cutting my hair for so long I really feel betrayed. I do have fibromyalgia so I am considered handicapped and this is discrimination against handicapped. I am hurt and confused as they said I could be a danger to others.  I do not know how I could be a danger to others I don't come close to anyone else and it's not like I would fall  or anything.  I do have a slight limp because of the fibromyalgia put I go everywhere with this limp and nobody has ever treated me this way. I feel like this is blatant discrimination against people with disabilities.

This place is absolutely wonderful!  I come here regularly for what I call "hair therapy."  Wavelengths is a family owned and operated salon that has been in Jackson for over 30 years.  I took my children for their first hair cuts years ago because they had animal chairs and videos to keep them happy.  They provide a full range of services, and are great at keeping up with the latest trends and breakthroughs in hair and beauty products, fashions and styles. A great place to go for hair therapy!
