First time appointment with Steven. I showed up a few minutes early, used the restroom and sat down in a chair behind Steven, who was on his cell phone. A couple minutes after my appointment time, he continued scrolling messages, gave me half a look and called a customer to leave her a message about a certain color for her hair.
No greeting or I'll be with you in a minute, just ignored me, so I walked out. I'll never go to Waterstone again.
