This is my first yelp review, but I had to come say that I've had a lot of massages, and my massage with Christian was the best massage I've ever had!!!! The spa has a great sauna too. 10/10!!
What a lovely surprise this place is. Very bright, clean, relaxing. The atrium where you wait for your massage therapist is so neat. We each got a 90 min massage and enjoyed them very much. Bathrooms were clean and had what you'd need to take a quick shower and keep moving in your day. The building, while old, has a sweet charm to it.
My wife had a facial with Micaela and I had a 90 minute massage with Jolene. Both very satisfying relaxing experiences. Face pillow is above average and doesn't dig into your face like some other massages I've had.
Had a wonderful relaxing experience at Waterstone spa. My husband I had the romance package, we very much enjoyed sitting in the steam room and soaking in the large soaker tub. Our massage therapist Christian and Steve did such a great job! If we ever comeback to Ashland I'm sure we will book with Waterstone again.
