Wags & Whiskers Inn in South Brunswick, NC

Don't take your dog if they have a dual coat. Really don't know what they were thinking here. Curious to see how it grows back. Breesy had such a beautiful coat before they decided to shave her. In the pictures you will see how uneven her chest is and how choppy it is around her face. Do not recommend by any means. My dog won't even look at me because she too is embarrassed. It seems the groomers need a little refresher on cutting dual coats.

They take such great care of our old dog. It was hard to kennel our dog when we moved to NC. She had never been kenneled before. The staff is awesome and even sent me photos the first time we boarded her. Staff understands our dogs fear of other dogs and need for some cuddle time.  May not be the fanciest but clean, spacious rooms, and OUTSTANDING staff.

My pup loves Wags. She is excited every time we go. I take her for play care and also to spend the night on occasion. W&W have packages which offer a reduction in rates if you will be going on a routine basis. When needed, i can schedule a bath and ask to get her nails done at W&W also. This staff is wonderful. They get to know your dog. A close eye is kept on the animals to make sure they play well together. The boarding kennels are clean and private. The ones I have seen have walls which allows some privacy or sanctuary if a dog needs some quiet time.  I have been taking my dog to W&W for almost 2 years. So happy I found them.

If I could give this place a negative thousand i would. I strongly suggest you read all the negative reviews before sending your pet here. If you love your pet and would like to get them back not sick, not filthy, and like normal. DO NOT DROP YOUR PET OFF HERE. They are not only rude, but they're prices online do not match the prices inside. They are filthy. They don't communicate and they are just not a good business at all. They did not tell us our dog was suffering with diarrhea. When we got our baby from there he was COVERED in poop all over his butt and his eyes were so red. We've never dropped our doggie off at a kennel before and this is definitely our first and last time ever doing it again.
Our dog got kennel cough from this place and the owner was not only giggling on the phone with my mom as she spoke to them about it but they did absolutely nothing about it. And tried to tell us that our dog brought the kennel cough... he's never been in a kennel until this past weekend.
He is limp and so sick and weak now and is still suffering from diarrhea. He is the most energetic dog and full of life and personality and seeing him too weak to even stand on his feet or eat ANY of his favorite foods is so disheartening.
READ the REVIEWS. If you have any doubt about this place in your gut, TRUST IT AND DO NOT COME HERE.

Everything about this place is a mess and unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would  They refused to get the dingleberry out of my dogs butt when I asked specifically to get it out. Now my dogs tail is covered in poop and they refused to give me a refund.
Never will I bring my dog to a worst place, not because I don't want to, but because there isn't anywhere worst.
