I purchased tanning package and employee overcharged me by 6.00. I brought it to employee's attention and she said unable to give me 6.00 cash, only can do in-store credit. What can you buy in there for 6.00, nothing, and I wasn't planning on returning as I don't fake bake very often. I said your employee messed up the charge. They refused to reimburse me 6.00 cash. It's not about the money, it's the principle. Your employee screwed up (which happens), but make it right. So they lost my business over 6.00. good business practices, NOT!!!!
Thee girl's that work here are helpful, upbeat, knowledgeable, and always smiling. Very professional atmosphere and I always feel welcome. Best tanning salon I've ever used! Keep up the good work!
Went in to add visits and pressed current deals and the 25 off 100 came right up with no expiration. Young lady behind the counter said they cannot honor. I said well that's the current special with no date she said she needed to call the owner. When she called the owner he said they would not honor and literally right after removed it from the website. I hope that $25 was worth it because you've lost 4 pretty loyal customers and we will never be back. I'm only giving it 2 stars because I do think they're cleaning process and the young ladies up front who are very nice.
