I have been here twice already for a pedicure. Both times I was matched with Claudia. She does amazing work. Takes her time while she is doing my nails. I highly recommend this place specifically because if Claudia!

I really wanted to like this place. I do not wear nail extensions. I only wear my own nail, with gel polish. I came by to get my partially broken nail fixed. When I arrived, I was seated right away. That was a great start. I should have know things could go awry when the lady asked the owner how to fix a small break with a nail. The owner told her to use glue, I knew that myself. The lady did my nail. I paid $5 and I tipped her $5. Fast forward 2 hours later my entire nail came off. While doing nothing, I did not have time to go back to get the nail fixed again. Of course I am annoyed as hell. I paid, and tipped well for my nail to become worse than when I walked in. That was a complete turn off. I will not be going back. I will be searching for a good place that does nice gel manicures in Bergen County.

I do my own mani-pedi's,but I wanted to treat myself and found this place & they were having a special $25 mani-pedi,thought I'd try it. DONT try it...a 3yr old, would've did a better job. They didn't bother to clean my cuticles, didn't paint entire nail and spent no time on the pedi.My nail polish was chipping in a day.

At first sight I was disappointed and a bit riled up but as my visit went on, I was touched by how sweet the ladies were. So I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure; during the manicure I felt like she may have rushed specially since I had super dry skin on my cuticles and I felt it should have been addressed. Anyway, Jessica did a fine job at the painting part but I wasn't too happy because she didn't trim the dry cuticle skin and when I pointed it she dismissed it. Anyway, I moved to the pedi chair, I was totally confused by the lack of bubbles in the water or any product while my feet soaked, then the things she used (pedi cream, hand wash soap and something else) was super messy, it was all over the floor, but when Mimi started working on my feet, she saved my visit completely. The pedicure was amazing, specially the hot stone rub. Mimi was super personable and funny, I was beginning to warm up to the place, then I saw a little old lady come in and was heading over to the pedi station, the care that Jessica took to ensure the older woman could make it over and sit comfortably was incredibly sweet and genuinely honest. It totally changed my perspective. This place could just use a few improvements I hope the owners take notice; don't skimp on the product in the pedi water soak, sanitize the equipment in the hot machine thing other places use in between clients and not solely rely on the nail polish remover to sanitize the utensils. During the gel manicure or any manicure for that matter, please soak our hands as hard and dead cuticle skin can properly removed. I walked out with a hug, lotion, warm Xmas wishes and a fantastic pedicure (I took care of the dead skin from the gel manicure job once I got home). I think they need more feedback, some more licensed experienced staff who may be more skilled and faster and moving clients through without missing a beat. Overall it was a good experience I just think they need more business altogether as it seems they may have changed management recently. I felt like my visit today is described in the below video, it made for a good laugh too; https://youtu.be/IG1myqu4CbA

This was my friend & I's first time coming. Honestly, it will probably be the last. My gel manicure was not bad... my only complaints would be the way my prior gel manicure was scraped off & my cuticles weren't cleaned. As for my friend, she had her skin cut while her cuticles were being cut. (See pictures) I gave the place two stars because my manicure wasn't awful & the people were friendly, but there are definitely better nail places out there that are worth the $30.
