If I could do zero stars I would. The salon is not clean. Questionable if they actually sanitize anything. I always get a dip and this was the worst experience. I have never had it done where they don't smooth it down close to the cuticle to avoid a big hump when it grows out. It literally looked like I had bubbles glued onto my nails. I questioned about smoothing it down and was told that is not how they do a dip. Between the manicure and dip it was $50. I should have just thrown that money out of my car window

They always make my nails look amazing! Very clean and polite. Everyone is always having a good time. Pedicures are relaxing and high quality.

This place is awful! There are better nail places in cambridge. Do your homework before you go there! I got my nails done twice there and 2 days later they looked like they had never been done. They do not stand behind their work. The lady who said she would fix my mai's had such a bad attitude, I got up and walked out without saying a word. They will never get my business again. And when family and friends come to town, I will make sure they don't spend a dime there!

Tiffany does an extremely thorough job when dealing with my 'problem nails'. Now I look at my hands and see & feel the what a difference !

Took my daughter to have a full set of nails done for the first time. I have had my nails done many times and am used to Nail techs speaking in their native language, obviously talking about you negatively. I don't know if it's a cultural thing or not. My daughter brought a pic of a design she wanted. She didn't choose the colors she wanted in that design. The tech clearly was annoyed and had to share her very OBVIOUS annoyance with a co-worker. It was enough for my daughter to say she will never be back. Just rude.
