Been to them twice now and both times we waited an hour before getting the haircut. also cut it way too short even after asking and being shown how short.

Vae did my facial and Karlita did my massage. Both were very friendly and welcoming! I've had many facials and I would say this is one of my top 5.

Peighton did an amazing job on my facial and eyebrow waxing! She went out of her way to make me comfortable and the results were amazing. I highly recommend Vibes and Peighton.

(This review is about the skincare products that are offered at this spa. The spa owner also runs a skincare line.) First and foremost, Vae is an outstanding human being. She's kind, understanding (I've missed my initial pickup time a time or two and this review is WELLLL OVERDUE p.s. I'm sorry girl) and you can tell she's very humble. OH, AND HER SMILE IS CONTAGIOUS! Aside from all of that, this is a beautifully black owned business! She's proud of that and I am, too! But trust me when I tell you, all colors and skin types are welcome! And with a little self-discipline and a simple but meaningful skincare routine, you'll be writing a review like this is no time! Her customer service is above and beyond. She's definitely putting the ALL in small business, it's very easy to see.
Rose/Cucumber Toner : I spray this on my damp face, immediately after I shower. Very hydrating, not sticky... a good base for my sensitive skin.
5% Glycolic Acid Toner: I spray this on my damp face, immediately after I shower, if I'm having a breakout and/or if I notice that I am drier than usual. Also very hydrating but may tingle a little when applying, if you have open/broken skin. I don't think it's anything to be alarmed about. I noticed a slight tingle, but no negative reaction visible.
10% Niacinimide Serum: I apply this after the Toner. This helps with the inflammation that comes along with my acne. Overall, it evens out my complexion. Not sticky, at all and super light. Also, I feel like it really snatches my pores tight!
DREAM Moisturizer: I apply this after the Serum. This product is literally a game changer. I have struggled to find something that wasn't heavy, that didn't clog my pores but that left me feeling moisturized since my teenage years. Not anymore! Again, super light and creamy but it packs a punch! I also LOVE that it is fragrance free. It leaves my face feeling sooo soft and HYDRATED! I also use this on my cracked hands during the winter! It heals them in 1-2 days.
Monarch Facial Oil: I apply this after the Moisturizer. This really ties it all together, for me. A little goes a long way, it is an amazing protective barrier!!! It definitely adds to the GLOW! PLUS, this is my favorite way to start my double cleanse. Massage this into my face for 8-12 minutes and watch the impurities dissolve. Then I follow up by cleansing and religiously following my routine from start to finish.
Calming Balm: I apply this to areas that I shave/wax/tweeze, immediately after cleansing. This has worked wonders for my tendency to suffer from typical "razor burn". I would say it has significantly improved those experiences for me as it calms and hydrates my skin; so, regrowth is not nearly as irritable. Love that you can see the ingredients!
Exfoliating Lactic Acid Mask: MY MIND IS BLOWN. I do get occasional acne but my main struggle has always been blackheads. This product dissolves them, no joke, in 5 minutes!? Yes, you can literally feel it working. And leave my pores super tight! Where has this been all my life!?
Healing Lip Balm (Peppermint): I love how smooth this goes on. I like to use it at night and in the mornings during my skin care routines. A little goes a long way, it definitely leaves my lips moisturized through the night. Just don't leave it in the car during the summer!
Stay Peachy Booty Scrub: There is no exfoliating scrub out there that can even hold a candle to this fire ! My skin feels like butter, every time I use it. And yes, I use it all over (elbows, knees, legs, booty cheeks, etc...) about once a week.
Stay Peachy Booty Dew: I love using this after using the scrub! These are typically my shaving/waxing nights and/or the following few nights. Not sticky, smells amazing, love the hydration! Oh, and again, the GLOW!
Eczema Body Bar: Hands down one of the only two soaps that clear my dry skin patches in the winter... no "squeaky" clean feeling, I feel soft, moisturized... I love the smell and the texture. It also lathers really well.
My skin is the healthiest and happiest it has ever been! I haven't had a breakout or dry patch since I started using these products (about a year ago)!!!! I can't wait to try the Gentle Flower Feminine Wash, the Sensitive Face Wash and the Whipped Body Creams! And whatever else is in the works! 'Cause baby, I'm a customer FOR LIFE!
