The Botox is so watered down that it is worthless. I have been having Botox done for over 25 years, nonstop, so I know what it should look and feel like after. What a waste of time and money. The girl did such a terrible job on my face, there is zero difference from when I walked in. She did not know what she was doing, she did not mark the placement for accuracy and to ensure symmetry. Then because the product was so watered down, so they can stretch out each vial, it is worthless! You will get zero effect, none of the lifting or paralysis that you are looking for!!! DO NOT go here!! Find a real doctor with ethics and values their reputation over profit.

If I could give less than zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment at this location based on a recommendation from a friend. I was super excited to find a new spot for various treatments as the one I've been faithful to has moved. I met with Rachel Muscutt and was appalled with the service provided. I've been getting Botox for many years and am very familiar with the process. She recommended almost 2x the amount of Botox that I told her has been successful for me to maintain a fresh but not overdone look. When I suggested a lesser amount than her recommendation, she said that "this is not a nail salon" and "if a Doctor were to advise me on how much medication to take, I wouldn't suggest less, would I?" She was rude and condescending. Ultimately she blamed "FDA compliance" for not being able to offer less than the exorbitant amount of units she suggested. What a joke. Needless to say, I walked out. If you book an appointment at this facility and know your stuff, stick to your guns and don't be swindled with false reasoning to over do it. Total disappointment and Rachel Muscutt needs some serious training!

I could not say enough good things about my experience here! I was nervous going somewhere new at first but the staff was really welcoming, the receptionist was very nice, Rachel did my lip filler and delivered phenomenal results, she even gave me great information on additional procedures I had questions on, I was in and out for my consultation AND filler within an hour, overall just such a well rounded experience. This will defiantly be my go to and highly recommended for anything aesthetic! Also I had previously went to a plastic surgeon in the area for filler and this was 1000% a better experience than that, With much better medical care and knowledge.

Quiet and professional small MediSpa. They have great line of products including Obaji. The receptionist Carrie Allen is very nice, and very competent. Rachelle, injection RN has a fantastic bedside manner and is very skilled. They offer standard services like: BOTOX, fillers and Peels, waxing and Latisse. Very good resource for tourists and locals.

This review is along time coming. I want to think the best of this company but there are 2 options -either they are uneducated or untruthful. I did 10 hair removal sessions over the course of 2 years. laser hair removal sessions. With zero results. Each time I told them it wasn't working I was told "just give it time" and they tried to up sell me. After a whole lot of money and no results I moved on. I then called 3 other cosmetologists... they all said the same thing "that type of laser doesn't work on dark skin". So again- even if I was to think the best... that means they are uneducated on the effectiveness of their services. I gave them a 2 because despite 5he wasted time and money with no results -the staff members were so very polite and sweet. Thankfully I found a much better company- that actually gave me the results I was looking for.
