Ralph has the expertise I needed. I have been seeing Donna at this salon for over 10 years, but she was not available when I was visiting from TN. I moved to TN 2 years ago and have not found just the right cut yet. I did not like wearing a mask during the haircut, as bits of hair fell in my nose, mouth and eyes, but I understand.
Always a wonderful experience in Jessie's chair. The folks at Von Bier never fail to make me feel welcome. Love the work Jessie has done to support my embrace of my Covid grays. Transitioning to a new look without sacrificing healthy, beautiful hair! Now, to get to work on the beach body.
I have been going to Jessie for the past 3 years and I adore her. She is a perfectionist and she is truly passionate about her job. She's also super easy to talk to and makes me feel so comfortable. I also love that this place never pushes products unless I ask about them, and they never make me feel bad about not coming in as frequently as I probably should. I was a little nervous to go in during Covid, but they have strict regulations and I felt safe once inside. They even provide you with disposable masks so yours won't get wet. Love this place, and I hope Jessie never leaves, she is a gem!
