Valley Salon & Nail Spa in Valley Center, CA

It's been a long time since my last review so I think it's about time for an update! *FYI this business is not closed, it just moved to a new location off of Cole Grade Rd* I started seeing Kim for eyelash extensions about five years ago and I have not gone to anyone else since. She is the only one I will let touch my lashes-- she is very careful and meticulous. I am always receiving compliments about how beautiful and natural they look. I also get regular nail services done with Kim. I get the "dip" style of nails which is essentially a powder on top of my natural nails that lasts about 3-4 weeks. My natural nails are healthier, longer, and more elegant looking than ever. Since this location has moved, Kim now uses the Fresha app to book appointments. I have a hectic work schedule and she's always willing to work with me if appointments on the app are booked up. It's pretty easy to sign up for the app and you can also pay for services on it which is very convenient.

I LOVE this salon!! The owner Kim has done my nails and eyelash extensions for years; she's brilliant! She does such an amazing job that I get compliments all the time. She is so sweet and professional. I have referred many friends to the salon. Everyone there is so friendly, reliable, and very talented. I also get my hair done there. Kim H. is my hairdresser, and has been for 20 years! I would trust any technician there to perform any service. This is a full service salon. They do all hair services, nail services, and esthetician's services- including facials, waxing, eyelash extensions, permanent makeup, and so much more. I HIGHLY recommend Valley Salon; I'm so glad I found them.

Kim has been doing my lashes for a couple years now! She does them so beautifully every single time. I get compliments nearly every place I go asking if they're real and how amazing they look! I've become so addicted to my lash extensions by Kim I can't seem to take a break from them. I recommend coming to valley salon for your lashes, reasonably priced for the best service!

Never ever again will I go here. My sister and I had an appointment to get a mani/pedi for her wedding. My appointment was with a woman by the name of Luna or Yuna I believe. (I couldn't really understand her) After speaking to her for a few moments, I apologized for having to have her repeat often because I was hard at hearing. She rolled her eyes at me and let out a loud and obvious sigh. As for my pedicure: I had to ask her to cut my toe nails. She did not want to do it and wasn't planning on it. She even asked me why I wanted them cut. She got nail polish on my skin and instead of using her finger nail, a Q tip, or nail polish remover she took a file to my skin. That was very painful. When I would flinch she would get irritated. My Manicure: She would not cut my nails again. I asked for them as short as she could make them without jeopardizing anything. She would not cut them and when I asked again for them to be cut she again gave me grief and was irritated. My manicure took forever! She would paint 2 fingernails then put my hand under the lamp (gel) Then would paint 1 more then nail then put my hand under the lamp again. So on and so forth. So, my pinkies were under he lamp multiple times whereas my thumbs were only under the lamp twice. She also would not let the lamp complete it's cycle between coats on my thumbs which caused them to look clumpy and awful.

They were fantastic doing my 4 year old daughters nails. Made her feel so special. I will for sure be back
