Several tries and still not right. Had to go to someone else to get it fixed. Several 100 dollars later.
Originally I gave 5 star but now one. Over the past 2 yrs there customer service has sucked I had to find a new stylish.
I received a Groupon as a gift to see Kaitlin for a haircut and I've called 3 times since before Christmas with leaving messages to not receive even 1 callback. I only got 1 person on the phone from the salon that when I told them that I had left a message they told me they took my information down (from the voicemail) and left it for Kaitlin. I let them know I never heard from her and all they told me to do was to call Kaitlin directly. That if I had left her a voicemail, she'll return my call. Her tone was very nonchalant as she tried to get me off the phone by providing me a number. I still haven't received a call back. This is just frustrating and unprofessional of Kaitlin and the salon. That let's me know she simply rents a chair there, it's everyone for themselves (no sense of teamwork), that they don't care about their customers unless their specifically it's their client, and they obviously don't want to make money because if they did they'd try to assist me instead of brushing me off with a phone number to a voicemail that isn't responded to. No wonder they haven't received a review since 2016. I wouldn't recommend this salon at all and I plan on reporting the Groupon because I'd hate for someone else to waste their money, time, vocabulary or energy on this establishment or Kaitlin.
Coral does amazing eyelash extensions! Have gone to 3 other locations in Tulsa .. and have been greatly disappointed in the professionalism and quality.
Coral has a great passion for what she does and it shows. She takes time to uncover your need and she provides details on how best to take care of your lashes based on your lifestyle .. i.e. exercise, cooking, etc..to ensure that the lashes are at their best till the next fill.
She also teaches eyelash extension classes and have her own brand.. Her lashes are extremely soft!!
I'm confident you won't be disappointed! She's the best!
