I have been having Pedicures with Susan for years and will never go to anyone else. Susan is a certified Master Pedicurist and Specializes in Wellness Pedicures that are waterless. She uses only the best products, I have never felt so pampered with a pedicure. My feet are so soft like a babyThe first time I had a waterless pedicure I was apprehensive but having done it I will never have anything other than waterless. Susan is the Best and Urban Nails is Great Salon!
I really thought I'd like this place based on all the great reviews. I moved here about a year ago and have tried a few nail salons in Palm Desert/ El Paseo area and La Quinta but I just moved closer to Palm Springs and wanted to find somewhere closer to me. However, this was the WORST and WEIRDEST pedicure I've ever had. First off, the guy doing my nails didn't interact with me whatsoever. I felt awkward and he didn't offer me to use the massage chair. But what bothers me the most is the pedicure cost $65 and it came with no massage, sugar scrub or anything. It was a below basic pedicure. He stuck my foot in the water took it out, removed my nail polish, trimmed my nails, filed and started painting it? He sprayed it w alcohol and wiped it dry multiple times then rubbed some foam on my foot at the end and that was it???? For $65?!? That usually comes with better service. There are much better salons in the area, skip this one.
I have been going to Susan for pedicures for a couple of years now, she has done wonders with my problem feet. I filled her from another salon and I really wouldn't feel comfortable going to anyone else.
I received an excellent mani/pedi from Joseph. He is careful, gentle, and results are beautiful. I was extremely pleased with my mani/pedi today and in the past. Booking was easy...I left a voice mail and received a text back within the hour. I highly recommend Urban Nails.
