I have had my hair done by Andrea twice now and she is awesome ! She works with me to get the results I am looking for. I don't know about the others I will only see Andrea since I am so pleased with her work. Though everyone is very kind there. Julie D.
So I went to Ulta yesterday to try a new make-up place and buy some product. Walked into the store, there was no "hello!" "How are you?" Nothing. So I walked around not know really where to look for the stuff I wanted. A lady came by and talked about the Saturday deal going on and left. I picked out my products (had 9 items) and went to the register to get a price quote. The older lady with short black hair and glasses walked to the counter. Again no "hello, how are you?" "Did you find what you were looking for okay?" "What can I do for you?" Just a sour look on her face as if she hated her life and job. So I say "hi I'm a new customer (zero acknowledgment about that) and I just want to price quote on these items all together." So she did and it came to $224!! THATS ABSURD. So I pick out 4 items that I really wanted and ask her to just ring those up. She rolled her eyes so far back into her head and sighed. The worst customer service. I'll be back, but not for a while.
The salon is always clean and the stylists are kind, fun, and professional. Their makeup applications always look awesome.
Loved the service and the amazing job they did on my hair! Loved they were open on a Sunday and the time they spent selecting the best product for my hair.
