I am completely disappointed with this location on 28th St., Grand Rapids, MI I was asked if I wanted to do a credit card for discount I said no she said will you automatically get like $19 off of your order. So I still said no. She said you can go home on the app and pay it off. Just use your receipt information. Only to find out that that was a complete and total lie. You have to wait for the card to come in the mail. May not seem like a big deal to many people, but I felt deceived. called and talked to someone and they said that manager was new. Still feel I was deceived. I never would've gotten the card. Had I known that.

Got my first ever eyebrow wax done by Julia and it was an amazing experience. She was super helpful with my brow questions and made me feel very comfortable. Overall definitely recommend Julia at the Benefit brow bar, and the Ulta employees were super nice and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. Would definitely go again!
The older women in her 40s that's a manager at the ulta in Alpine, very unprofessional and snippy. Would not recommend.
