Savannah is not only an Elite Ulta hair stylist professional, she is also a very good listener & compassionate human being! I was very nervous about having anyone cut my hair after a bad experience in summer 2022, but I needed layering badly in my long, "cornsilk-fine" blonde hair, so I took a chance--& am so glad that I did!

Savannah listened to my hair concerns & to what I wanted to achieve, & she did an excellent job making my hair look great while keeping the length! I highly recommend you make an appointment with her to have truly amazing results for your hair! Now I finally have a great hairdresser in Bozeman--I'm thrilled!

I usually swear by Ulta but after the way my family was treated, I will be taking my business else where. There was a gal walking around and would ask if you needed help finding anything but was so rude while doing it. I felt like I was inconveniencing her with asking questions. The customer service was awful.

Today I had the best experience I've ever had with customer service at Ulta Beauty. Elise who I believe was a manager, helped me with my return and exchange. She was also very helpful in recommending a new product that was in my price range.
Most of the times I've been in to this store to make a return, it has not been a very pleasant experience.

i was in there early today and one of the girls working was to busy to ask me for help and would glare at me when i would try to walk up to her and would turn around to continue having a chit chat with her friends while whilst working. the girls up front are the sweetest but that one girl needs to be talked to.
