$70 hair cut. Uneven. Not close to the requested cut An appointment was made with my original stylist and upon my arrival I was informed she was no longer there, who, by the way, provided a great cut. I was not informed of any upcharge for the same requested service until I paid at checkout. WOW! It's totally unprofessional! The stylist even commented how slow it was. Gee, I wonder why!
i have never had such terrible service at an Ulta. i came in today asking if they had a product. the manager who came to help was not only rude but gave me a snarky comment, as if i should know where everything was. as far as the lady who checked me out seemed like she had no customer service skills
My mom and I come here for a lot of nice products. Ulta always has the best stick of goodies. The associates are always very helpful which I appreciate.
Walked in Saturday afternoon to ask if anyone could give me a haircut and was immediately paired with an awesome stylist who could fit me in within two hours. Lexi F. did a great job with my difficult hair (thick/ in desperate need of thinning sheers b/c razors make it flip out) and specific haircut (angled bob with layers and bangs) and my own annoying quirks like wanting to gel with my stylist. Basically, my hair and I are a nightmare but Lexi took incredible care of me/us YAY. Especially cool about Ulta salon is that haircuts are $40 (very reasonable), but for first-timers, it's $30. I will definitely go back and would recommend anyone particular about their hair and tentative about finding a new stylist give Lexi F. a try, too.
Very rude staff. I asked some questions regarding a makeup pallet but she just answered and walked off. Whenever I am looking for help it's hard to find someone who'll at least try pretend you like your job
