U Nails in Centre, AL

my nail tec was Zoey, let me tell you that this lady is the best in the biz. she was soft and caring when doing a full set of acrylics on me, she took time and didn't hurry me out the door like the other place in town. if you want the best experience getting your manicure or fill ins even a full set, go to her. make a appointment or walk in she is worth the wait.

They took there time doing my wife's nails and did a fantastic job over the top they were supposed to close at 7pm and stayed open until 7:30 to finish there job I give u nails a triple thumbs up thank you very much guys for the professional job and taking your time to do it

Well i have tried to support our local businesses. But when I can get in Rome a better product or price...well sorry local i also have to think about $/service. I was quoted $35 dollars for jell nails in Centre. So I walked in made an appointment. unfortunately the day of appointment i did not feel well so I called to cancel and was told i disn't have an appointment. Ok so I called the next day to see if I could reschedule. Well they were busy not open til 10 take your chances. Had errands to run In Rome so decided to go to 1 of the 3 Nail Salons i have used in the past. Walked in they were polite wait 20 minutes would you like a water. She did a beautiful job I went up to pay $15. I was very pleased with the job nails looked great and the price was great. Moral of this story Local Salon I tried but you were not very cordial and way over priced. So I will continue to go to Rome once a month for my mani and a pedi too.

I spent 65 on just my pedicure and got the metallic Color on my toes and hands! The pedicure was fine then I spent another 15 just have my nails painted the same ! As you can see the left hand completely gone ! (I'm gonna try to add photo)That was two days after! That's not worth the money I spent there I spent almost 300$ for me , my daughter and sister! My daughter was extremely unhappy as well!
the girl that's in training there was yelled at in front of us by the guy that works there! It was embarrassing I know for her , I felt it for her ! Just very unprofessional!

I have been using U nails for a while I never had a bad experience. Well I went Saturday Jan. 20.2021, I was at work on Wednesday Jan 24 2021 and my ring finger on my right hand hurt severely. It was red, swollen and angry. Well I went to urgent care that night, the Dr gave me antibiotics, she stated I had bacteria introduced under my nail bed. She asked me did they cut into my nail, and the answer is yes. Mia grinded into my nail. Well Thursday Jan 25, 2021 I had to go back to the Dr. because my finger had swollen 3 times the normal size and fit to bust. My family medical provider stated also I have an infection from bacteria introduced under my nail. She had to refer me to a general surgeon to have the infection removed. I went and talked to them at Unails and they were denying that I got it from there. Even though they grinded into my nail with the sanding tool. They stated they clean their tools with acetone and lights. Well I know they can not put the sand paper grinding tool in acetone because it will cause it to disintegrate. They tried to proclaim that the UV lights used to cure the gel would have killed any bacteria. They basically just dismissed it and made up excuses. I wish I could leave pictures so others can see how bad this is. I would not have left a star if it didn't force me to. I had to choose 1 star to be able to post my review. Think twice before having your nails done. It definitely wasn't worth what I'm going through.
