They used to be very good. But it appears they have new ownership... Because now they're great! Kind service and great at grooming. Schedule well in advance, they're very busy because they take the time to do it right. And don't forget to tip your "server".

I won't go there again! I've gone a few times, thinking I didn't communicate exactly what I wanted to be done with my 2 goldens. This last time was the worst! I like my dogs cut down to look like a lab. They swim in the lake and things get caught on their fur! They didn't look like they were trimmed! They smelled good, so they must have been shampooed, paws were trimmed and nails clipped. The fur I'm brushing off them each day is crazy! I've never had so much fluff around my house AFTER they have been groomed! I went back to the shop and expressed my concern. The owner said of course we'll redo your dogs. Then she sent the groomer out to talk with me. She told me to wait a few weeks because it would be the same price! $155,! I told I didn't think I should pay again! She looked at me like I was crazy! Even if the owner would have given me a discount I would have been satisfied! But she threw her groomer in front of the bus and left! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't go there!
Over priced and the cut was plain and simple. Really didn't do a good cut on my standard poodle. Didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.
Wonderful and caring staff. My dog always looks so perfect when he is pampered at this place. Friendly staff whom you can see how much they love pets. I love how you can also drop in anytime for a quick nail trim.
