TSEGA SALON in Murrieta, CA

Love Tsega been coming to her for years she's the absolute best wouldn't trust my hair or daughters hair with nobody else.

Very overpriced. I had braids put in and it cost me $400. My mistake for not researching, just trusting. After researching the area including San Diego and Los Angeles the average price for braids is about $150. My braids kept coming undone. And you could see my hair through it. Please research other salons before going here

I have been coming here for years and have always had amazing service. Tsega is not only knowledgeable in her craft, but she truly makes you feel so comfortable and listens to your needs and wants. She is extremely talented and I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. My family loved my hair so much my mother and her mother-in-law started to become her regular clients as well. If you are looking for someone to get your hair healthy and teach you how to properly take care of it, look no further.

I searched high and low for a salon that specializes in ethnic hair. When I found Tsega, it was a relief. I moved from Orange County and needed a convenient location in this area. I received exceptional and courteous service. This salon is clean, comfortable and professional. I always get color and a relaxer. For the FIRST time EVER, I have not had any breakage or damage from these two chemical processes. Over the years, I have driven upwards of 90 minutes to go to my stylist because I valued their services. I even drove back to the OC to my old stylist, before I found Tsega. I stopped going to the OC because the last time I went, I was 20 minutes away from the salon and got a text from the stylist saying she was 30 minutes late arriving to the salon, and when I arrived, there was 2 other people waiting! I have read the comments regarding Tsega's pricing, but I think people should consider what time and convenience is worth. If you have to drive more than 30 minutes to a salon to save a buck or two, you have already paid too much. Generally speaking I think that all ethnic hair care is pricey, but have come to accept it over the years due to the extra time it takes to provide these types of services. And to be honest, if you are in LA, the mere competition of other salons is what drives the price down. It is supply and demand, as simple as that. Tsega's pricing was presented up front with me and I accepted the service. I think it is important to consider what it costs to run a business. Rent, supplies, insurance, utilities, taxes and licenses. Until you walk in the shoes of a business owner, you have no idea what it takes to stay in business and hopefully make a profit. So to Tsega I say, "Job well done and keep up the excellent work." Shout out to Ms. Samantha too!

I took my daughter to Tsega Salon for the first time yesterday on a recommendation from a friend. My daughter has long, thick natural hair and is extremely tender-headed. Tsega + Tess were so nice and welcoming. The salon was super clean + comfortable. There was no inappropriate salon talk (my daughter is 15). They had an array of snacks + beverages for us while we waited. Tess washed, deep conditioned + blow drIed my daughters hair and she didn't complain one bit. He was so gentle and through with her and I didn't even mention to anyone that she was extremely tender-headed. Tsega pressed + flat ironed her hair super straight. Like bone straight. The prices were very reasonable, and they offer an array of services. I am so excited that I took the recommendation and tried them out. We are very pleased and will be back. It's hard to find a good salon that can do ethnic hair outside of LA county, but this is the one. Don't hesitate, give them a try. We may have gone on a recommendation but their customer service and job well done has made us a customer for the long-haul. Thx guys!
