True Loves HHI Nail and Spa in Hilton Head Island, SC

Yesterday, I visited this nail salon, and though my initial experience was a bit rushed by one of the technicians, I was fortunate to be paired with Kevin for my SNS manicure and gel pedicure. Kevin's calming demeanor and meticulous approach truly stood out. He took his time, ensuring that my nails were perfect, and it was honestly one of the best mani-pedis I've had in while. I'm particular about my nails, and Kevin exceeded all expectations. Beyond his skills, he's genuinely sweet and personable. I highly recommend him for anyone who's picky about their nails. The salon's location is also fantastic, and the interior design is top-notch. I'm thrilled to have found this gem!

I made an appointment for SNS mani and regular pedi.  I waited 20 minutes before I even sat in the pedi chair.  The technician never said hello or any other word. o this I finished and moved to the mani table.  My nails were only dipped 3 times and then a gel topcoat was placed on top.  In one week the top coat began to peel and the SNS that should last 2-3 weeks was ruined.  I will never go to this salon again, a complete waste of my money.  Very disappinting!

Convenient location.  Salon is attractive, clean, and very loud.  Don't come here if you are looking for a salon experience.  The workers were constantly talking to each other from across the room.  Got a deluxe diamond pedicure that was just okay..nothing special.  I thought it was very strange that the legs were massaged, but not the feet.  
The worker also gave me a manicure while I was getting my pedicure and it was not relaxing at all.  
I got the impression that the concentration is on turnover; get them in and out as soon as possible.

I was one of their first customers when they opened. They were very client service oriented and did a great job. I didn't go during the height of Covid but have been back twice recently. The first time my friend and I received good mani pedis but there was an uncomfortableness between the workers and management. I went back again a few weeks ago and I won't be back. We had appointments first thing in the morning and the female manager strolled around eating and barking at the workers. When my daughter's pedicure was done, they moved her to the manicure table without placing spacers between her toes or spraying them with the quick dry aerosol. They were a mess. The polish I selected was apparently low so they added a supplement with oh changed the color. When I went to remove the polish a week later the color ran all over my toes. I've never encountered anything like that before. Go elsewhere!

I sent my daughter here for a dip manicure. When she returned home I asked how it was and she said I would never go there again. She spent $48 plus tip for a dip and walked out of the salon with her hands looking like the picture below. She gets deep manicures all the time. When I went in to discuss it with the owners they told me dip manicures do not get any type of moisturizer. She should just wash her hands. They lost a loyal customer due to their lack of customer service.
