I went in with a photo of how I wanted my hair to look and left with it looking amazing!!! I got so many compliments on my  new color and cut! the staff was super friendly and efficient with time and getting what i wanted!

Went in for a trim and the girl did a great job even though I couldn't explain exactly what I wanted. It looks really cute and my hair needed it.

I would give my stylist 5 stars but the salon 3, so I averaged it to 4. I am newer to this side of town and have not had my hair done in 7 years besides bleaching it myself. Natalie was my hair stylist and did an amazing job with my hair which had grown out dark roots, home bleached halfway and spotty and very very long and thick hair. I called it my COVID hair..lol.  I had about a ft. and a half cut off and my color corrected and roots fixed. I feel so much younger and have had so many compliments! She had another customer at the same time and still gave each one of us individual attention. I have had my hair bleached and colored for years so I recognize a stylist that knows what they are doing. Natalie was awesome and I am very happy and feel like a new women. It took years off of me!
On the down side: A few of the stylist were gossiping and talking about things I felt would be much more appropriate outside of work and I felt uncomfortable hearing the conversation around me as there was one other customer there so it was relatively quiet besides the loud conversation. I put in my headphones to avoid hearing the gossip but it made me feel uncomfortable, which is a shame because my stylist was professional and amazing and this detracts from a professional environment.

Absolutely love my stylist Sean, he always goes above and beyond for his clients and makes it work when he knows it's good for your hair! I've been with him for three years now and will not let anyone else touch my hair! He knows exactly what he's doing and how to keep my silver blonde hair healthy and soft! No one ever can tell that I bleach it out as frequently as I do!

DO NOT go here. Sean is the cattiest, nosiest, most petty human being I have met in my life. He is a mix between a middle-aged soccer mom, who makes uncouth remarks about her relatives' appearance at Thanksgiving, and a 40-year-old former high school football star, who still thinks he's a big deal.

He has asked multiple invasive questions about my plastic surgeries (because one in particular has resulted in a scar along my hairline), bragged about how supposedly gorgeous he is as a pageant "queen", acted like it's oh-so-obvious that I'm a trans girl, asked where I get the money for my plastic surgeries, and acted incredibly surprised upon hearing that I model for a living. He makes flippant comments about my spray tan (trust me, it isn't obvious), attempted to give my beauty advice, and even expresses doubt that I will be moving to Vegas in a couple months.

He has been petty and pompous ever since I answered one of his typically nosey questions by simply answering that I'm transgender (the surgeries of which affect my ability to get my hair done regularly, as it creates numbness on my head, making heat products dangerous).  He was completely bearable before that, but now he's intimidated and it shows.  He has even given me the worst advice possible about my hair, insisting that I can use purple shampoo on it, without having to worry about it drying out, so long as I use a leave-in conditioner treatment afterwards.

I totally did what he said (purple shampoo for ten minutes), and ten leave-in conditioner treatments haven't done jack for my hair.  Neither has coconut oil or argon oil, and I'm sure he's going to write it off as me being a drag queen-wannabe when I look ten times better than he could with pillow cushions stuffed in his pants to make him look curvaceous.  Utterly ridiculous.  Avoid him if you want to refrain from being interrogated and negged the entire session.  If he's assigned as your stylist, cancel immediately or ask for someone else.  There is no worse service you can receive in the Indianapolis area, and that's saying something.
