they are money hungry didn't even do my nails or lashes right. I went on Thursday night. my lashes are falling off it haven't even been a whole 2 weeks. don't let the older lady do your eyebrows. she will not do them right. they nail products are cheap. I ask them them to fix my lashes , nobody wanted to help. I will never come to this nail shop. their service is horrible

CLOSE THIS UNSANITARY DUMP DOWN NOW. I was treated terribly for asking about Miko. He normally services my nails. The service I received today is BAD and my money was taken. Let my loss be you gain. Do not do business with this location. I can see why Miko is no longer employed at this location. 9Tomorrow, I will be contacting The BBB and LARA IN LANSING, MI.

You only get one chance to make a first impression. Living in multiple states with a range of personalities, cultures and race one thing I have always noticed is that when a customer is valued the treatment is held high. This place did not care for their customers. I observed how one cutomer requested during her pedicure to cut down her toe nails and the worker said NO- it looks good like this. Well excuse you worker, whose feet were you working on? Who is paying your salary? I also obsered how this place is not up to date with comfort for the customers feet. They had NO foot leg rest block to make the foot scrub more pleasant. The basic service for this one customer ended with a wet hot towel and telling him he was done! WHAT??? you don't dry the customers legs/feet? You didn't even ask if his toes needed clear polish! The worst worst experience was asking who was the owner.....and the owner was the same employee that did not dry the client's feet! She refused to give her name and sadly refused constructive criticism. I am all for foreigners to come to the land of the free and become a business owner to serve and grow in the land of opportunity but keep yourself humble. If it is not for your clients patronage you would be no one! I will never give you my hard earned $25 for your poor service. I have received better service from a window cleaner on the corner street with his smile and God bless you!

I recently got my nails done here for the frist time a couples months back. I wasn't going to make a review I just wasn't going to go back but I seen some one make a comment about there green nails now this was my experience with them I was very disappointed the service was unfortunately terrible some workers didn't have mask or just got distracted an pause what they were doing to turn and talk. The nails I got weren't what I asked for. Some nails were even falling off within a week and when they fell off my fingernails were green! This is very disgusting this obviously this means they're not cleaning and disinfecting all their equipment before working with a new person this is most likely is a health violation I am very disappointed I will not be going back!!

i went there for a full set and about a month later after a few fill ins at this same place i took all my acrylics off and all my nails were green. disgusting, they don't clean nor sterilize their tools after every use.
