I went to get a fill on my toes I had acrylic with gel polish. The lady was very rushed and did a terrible job on them she did not take her time what so ever they're very uneven the acrylic laid Is just terrible. The French tip is so uneven it's unbelievable to top it off the gel on my toes wasn't even completely dry.

This was the WORST experience i've ever had at a nail salon. i knew from the beginning that it wasn't going to go well when he did no preparation to my nails, didn't cut my cuticles or my nails, one of the tips was glued to part of my finger. while laying the acrylic he'd scrape off the majority of acrylic leaving my nails so flimsy. i mean i could literally bend my nails even after the acrylic was done drying. the final straw was when he did the filing and drilling. he filed my nails with a new file leaving MULTIPLE deep cuts on my fingers. he drilled my thumb nail literally IN HALF! like half of the nail was gone. i seriously thought it was a joke at first. but no, at that point i was over it. it was my birthday and i had things to do. i asked MULTIPLE times for them to just take them off instead the, i'm guessing owner or manager, intensely INSISTED she'd just fix them for me.. as she fixed them the man still sat at his station where he practiced on a fake finger laying acrylic!!! it made me wonder if he was even licensed. i was there for two whole hours and still left with crooked, flat nails. nonetheless i was very understanding and told them so many times that i get it! things happen. what upset me was that i only received a 10% discount ($7.53) and a gift bag with cuticle oil as a "sorry." i was still charged $67 for these nails. after i paid and left with bleeding fingers and terrible nails i realized just how upset i truly was about this TERRIBLE experience i just had. i called a few hours later to ask for a refund or even partial refund. which i understand i should've handled this before paying/ leaving but as i said by that point i needed to go and i was truly just fed up! the same lady who fixed my nails basically refused to refund me. told me that my nails couldn't be crooked because "she fixed them and she knows her work" but then proceeded to blame my crooked nails on the shape of my thumbs, mind you i have clubbed thumbs. i have NEVER had a problem with them anywhere else and if it were to be a problem i should've been made aware so i could have gone to someone who is able to work with me. only 5 days later and my thumb nail has completely popped off. i'm just very disappointed with the whole experience, with these nails and everything!

The worst place, it was ridiculous...first, I got to the place in time and they didn't even put me in their agenda and I did a appointment with them...then the guy that was doing my toe nails got mad at me because one of the nail messed up a little bit and told me that it was my fault...like wtf, you can't say that to a customer....but anyway the nails look awful and NEVER GOING BACK THERE. Disgusting

The owner would not repair my nails to my satisfaction. After chipping and other issues with The service I received, I returned and ask again for her to redo the manicure. Not a soul was I the store and she refused to do anything except repair only 2 nails saying it was not her fault. So today I'm adding pictures immediately after the repair job she just did for me. I'd go anywhere else but here!
