I went today & got gel nails.... Nail polish on skin... Nails filed crooked some of them .. I thought I had an option to get pedi after mani but when I was finished with my nails I was told they have no openings & I need to make an appointment but they never told me I needed to make a decision at the beginning of my appointment as the nail tech communicated to me after my service was finished. The check In station is in a congested area where there is barely enough room for people to pass by each other comfortably to get to the restroom or to get to the color choice selection area. The management is not attentive to new customers... customer service not good and I guess because they are so busy they don't care....
Came in for a gel manicure. Also needed a big toe polished. They were very accommodating and my nails look great!
Peter and Sam are my favorite nail people here. They are incredible. I wouldn't go to anybody else so if you want you nails to look absolutely perfect go there.. very pleasant environment. Very relaxing. I look forward to going there
I would put a 0 star rating if that was an option. Never been so dissatisfied and uncomfortable. Physically hurt both my sister and I numerous times with the Dremel. Awkward unprofessional atmosphere particularly "Sam". My sisters acrylics came out thicker than any nails I've ever seen. It was very obvious we were being spoken about the whole time and laughed at. They took about 10 minutes to complete a WHOLE set of acrylics( the thick pink ones) He was very careless, and rude. Aggressive in the way he did our nails and didn't like critique. Felt like a burden trying to explain my unhappiness. I was quite literally angry paying because I asked for round nails and got bumpy, square, messy nails. I would NEVER recommend going here with your hard earned money. Also I pray those fish in the GREENEST fish tank I've ever seen are still alive when I go get my money refunded tomorrow.
