I waited 10 minutes for a man to call me to the back. He was the only person doing eyebrows, I asked the man if he was confident in doing eyebrows and he told me NO he can't do it and continued to parade out of the back room of the salon. He was very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend spending your hard earned money at this salon. Zero stars for me!!!!

They are extremely nice! And your nails will definitely look great for a couple hours but they will break FAST. I broke a nail an hour after getting them opening a car door and another one the next day from lifting a couch cushion. Go somewhere else

I had been going to this salon since November and using the same lady each time and was happy about it. I came in yesterday and my regular lady was busy and had someone waiting. The other available lady asked to do my nails in order to keep me from waiting, so I said sure, why not. My regular lady didn't even look up and acknowledge me or anything. The lady did my nails and was sooo slow that my regular lady finished who she was working on, the lady waiting and a pedicure all before I was under the nail dryer!

The reason I'm a little peeved is because I'm a great customer. I tip well and I'm easy going. I don't think it's asking a lot for your nail artist to acknowledge that you had to go to the slowet lady in the salon and show a little empathy. On top of all this the slow lady was upselling me the entire time! I agree with Jennifer O. It's so rude how they talk in a foreign language about you the entire time. Goodbye TML Nails!

Do not recommend. So many choices around.... try Queen or Highpark.
I don't like nail techs to talk in their native language and not include me in conversation. The tools were not in a sterilized pack or anything... hard to know if they were used on someone just before me. Ugh.
I left a ring there and had to come back another day to get it because "one of the girls had it".... um... what??? Im glad I got it back and it is my fault I did not secure my own ring, but I should be able to trust they wouldn't take it home or something. Weird.
